DesignQR in Japan have a software application that encodes the QR content 'around' your logo that is placed in the middle of the code.

Note: yes you can just 'paste a code' into the center like some apps do and hope that the error control 'solves the missing info' but this generally doesn't work OR you have to increase the size of the QR codes.

The DesignQR software 'pre-calculates' and positions when generating the code - as far as I know this is the only company to be doing this so far.
